PickTurn ("the app") is developed by 321codes ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you use the app. We wrote it in plain language on purpose — the short version is: we don't collect or see anything you do in this app.
PickTurn has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no backend server of any kind. Everything the app remembers — your saved tasks, your pick history, your chosen language, your settings — is stored only in local storage on your own device, using Android's/iOS's standard app-preferences mechanism. It is never transmitted anywhere, never sent to us, and we have no way to access it, view it, or recover it. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
We do not collect, and this app does not contain code to collect:
PickTurn shows banner ads, served through Google AdMob, on the Home, History and Settings screens only (never during an active game round). Google AdMob may collect and process a limited set of technical information for the purposes of serving and measuring ads — this may include an advertising identifier, general device information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This processing is performed by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's own policies.
Where required by law (for example, in the EEA and UK), the app will request your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can decline without losing access to any feature of the app. On iOS, this is also covered by Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, which you can decline.
Other than the ad-serving information described above (handled directly between your device and Google, not routed through us), we do not share, sell, or transmit any data to any third party, because we do not collect any in the first place.
PickTurn does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app contains no chat, social, or account features of any kind.
Because everything lives only on your device, you are always in full control of it: clear an entry from History or Saved Tasks any time from within the app, or remove all of it at once by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage from your device's system settings.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that changes what data is processed — we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
